Job Description
• Own and drive sales for SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation projects
• Build, qualify, and execute a high-quality pipeline across key industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Professional Services
• Proactively originate opportunities through network, cold outreach, and ecosystem leverage
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: Qualification & deal shaping, Account and pursuit strategy, Scoping & solution positioning, Proposal development, Commercial and pricing models, Negotiation and closing
• Create compelling proposals and executive-level presentations
• Clearly articulate business value, including: ROI, TCO, Transformation roadmaps, Cloud and operating-model benefits
• Actively engage the SAP ecosystem: SAP RISE & SAP field organization, Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Strategic alliances and partners
• Drive joint go-to-market and co-sell motions
• Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets
Job Requirements
- Proven experience selling SAP S/4HANA / RISE with SAP or comparable ERP transformation programs
- Strong track record in enterprise or upper mid-market sales
- Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Existing US-based executive network (CIO, CFO, COO, Business Leaders)
- True hunter mentality – proactive, resilient, persistent
- High personal drive, ownership, and accountability
- Commercially sharp, confident negotiator
- Executive presence and strong storytelling skills
- Comfortable engaging at C-level
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in growth environments
