• Define Vision & Strategy • Establish and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for Sphera’s Product Stewardship portfolio • Align product strategy with corporate objectives, revenue targets, and market expansion plans • Identify growth opportunities across industries, geographies, and regulatory domains • Drive product positioning that differentiates Sphera as the global leader in product compliance and chemical management • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch, growth, and optimization • Build and maintain a clear, value-driven roadmap aligned to customer needs and market demand • Prioritize investments across platform capabilities, regulatory content, integrations, AI/automation, and user experience • Ensure scalability, security, and global readiness of the portfolio • Partner with Sales and Marketing to define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies • Support enterprise deal strategy and executive customer engagements • Monitor product performance against revenue, adoption, retention, and margin targets • Translate regulatory complexity into clear business value and ROI narratives • Build, mentor, and scale a global team of product management leaders • Implement best-in-class product management frameworks, governance, and operating rhythms • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making • Develop succession plans and leadership bench strength • Engage directly with strategic customers and industry leaders to shape product direction • Monitor regulatory trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies • Anticipate changes in global chemical regulations and sustainability requirements • Represent Sphera externally at industry forums and customer events • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality releases on schedule • Align with Regulatory Content teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of compliance data • Collaborate with Customer Care to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention • Work with Finance and Executive Leadership on portfolio investment planning and performance reporting
