• Lead Epic revenue cycle implementation and optimization projects across front-end, middle, and back-end functions • Provide strategic guidance to clients on revenue cycle workflows, best practices, and Epic system configurations • Manage project teams, timelines, deliverables, and client relationships • Design and implement solutions spanning Patient Access, HIM, HB (Hospital Billing), PB (Professional Billing), Resolute, and related Epic applications • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current-state processes and develop future-state recommendations • Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members • Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders at all organizational levels • Ensure successful go-lives and post-implementation support • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and measurable outcomes
