Job Description

• Support data readiness for client reporting across several functions, including: • Oversee a Jira dashboard routing tickets to the correct departments. • Maintain client dashboards, which includes reviewing creative videos and creative names. • Regular taxonomy grooming and mapping. • Review and correct data generated offshore and gather examples for training purposes. • Analyze existing and new creative video assets to ensure audio/video quality of creatives. • Test and provide feedback on new data tools as they are developed. • Document data quality processes. • Identify root causes of data quality issues and propose systematic solutions. • Recommend or build lightweight scripts, queries, or tools to automate quality checks and metrics tracking.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a role involving information organization.
  • Experience using SQL queries.
  • Strong command working in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters).
  • Familiarity with Jira or comparable issue tracking software.
  • Passion for advertising, live sports, and TV.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Versatility, i.e., the ability and willingness to wear multiple hats and switch gears frequently.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, and who has the desire to be part of a fast-growing, exciting, and nimble start up company.
