Role Description

As a Solutions Architect at Pipe17, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers. This customer-facing role requires not only deep technical expertise but also exceptional communication skills.

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business challenges
  • Present effective solutions and guide them through the implementation process
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers throughout their journey
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and our solutions
  • Onboard new customers by understanding their use cases and configuring Pipe17
  • Ensure smooth integration of sales channels, ERPs, WMS, and 3PLs
  • Eliminate fragmented channels, manual processes, and operational blind spots
  • Focus on helping customers grow their businesses without technology problems
  • Utilize AI tooling for work or personal use, or be willing to learn

Qualifications

  • Empathetic and able to understand customer perspectives
  • Ability to prioritize and say no to customers when necessary
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in the e-commerce space (e.g., Shopify, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce)
  • Familiarity with B2B sales platforms, point-of-sale systems, ERPs, and 3PLs
  • Experience with SaaS connectivity solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Workato, Zapier)

Requirements

  • Own the customer as the single point of contact
  • Define a success plan with deliverables
  • Guide customers to leverage Pipe17 based on best practices
  • Build in-depth customer relationships and understand their business goals
  • Lead multiple projects during the implementation phase
  • Translate business requirements into product use cases or technical requirements
  • Configure Pipe17 products based on customer requirements
  • Perform troubleshooting and development assistance
  • Coach and educate customers to improve adoption of Pipe17
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete customer goals
  • Create and improve documentation for customers and partners
  • Document onboarding steps for future reference
