• Support and maintain assigned services and systems • Work with team to monitor, analyze and plan upgrades • Monitor production issue queue and resolve issues • Execute project tasks as assigned • Adhere to and enhance quality assurance standards • Contribute to ongoing process to integrate end users requests with software functionality • Analyze and provide recommendations relating to application build and functionality of systems • Demonstrate diagnostic skills and expertise for problem determination and solution • Participate in on call rotation • Contribute to maintenance of application/technical documentation
