Job Description

• Provide technical sales support for AMR/AMI projects. • Support includes pre-sale presentations, assistance during deployment of infrastructure and system implementation, and Tier 2 level support during post-deployment contract period. • Coordinate efforts with system deployment, customer support, sales, distributors, third party contractors, engineering, and operations to successfully support AMR/AMI systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree (Management Information Systems degree or similar technical field preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting AMR/AMI systems
  • Software implementations background a plus
  • Must be able to travel overnight 50% of the time.
