Job Description
• Provide strategic oversight and mentorship of Operations
• Ensure operational and financial success of multiple dental practices
• Review operating performance results and implement corrective action as needed
• Train, coach and mentor team members to optimal service excellence
• Assess practice needs and strategically plan to make improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of upper-level management experience; healthcare field preferred
- Dental office management experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
- Specialty knowledge, especially in Pediatric Dentistry, preferred
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
