THE ROLE

We are seeking a senior, single-threaded Program Manager to own network capacity management and near term capacity enabling initiatives. This role is responsible for maximizing the utilization of our fulfillment network, refining capacity and throughput models, and leading high impact operational programs tied to delivery speed, predictability, and the enablement of key commercial objectives. This leader will operate at a strategic and executional level, translating complex data into clear decisions, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes across the network.

This role requires deep analytical rigor, strong systems thinking, and the ability to influence across Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology. The Sr. Program Manager will be recognized as a subject matter expert in capacity strategy and will own programs that materially impact cost, service, and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capacity strategy ownership: Define and own the end to end capacity management strategy across the fulfillment network, including storage, labor, and throughput constraints.
  • Model development and refinement: Build and continuously improve capacity, throughput, and scenario models to inform near term and long range planning decisions.
  • Program leadership: Lead complex, cross functional capacity initiatives with significant business impact, including changes to customer promise and other major operating levers.
  • Decision support: Translate analytical insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership, balancing cost, service, risk, and scalability.
  • Network optimization: Identify and prioritize high leverage opportunities to unlock latent capacity through process changes, tooling, policy adjustments, or reconfiguration.
  • Execution oversight: Partner with Operations and corporate teams to ensure capacity programs are implemented effectively and deliver intended results.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Create strong operating mechanisms, forums, and narratives that align diverse teams around shared capacity goals and trade offs.
  • Measurement and accountability: Define success metrics, track performance against plan, and hold teams accountable for outcomes that impact the broader network.

QUALIFICIATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience consistent with a senior level role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, ambiguous, cross functional programs with material business impact.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong command of Excel or Google Sheets and data driven decision making.
  • Experience working with capacity, throughput, or network planning models in complex operational environments.
  • Ability to operate independently with sound judgment on highly complex issues.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous problem spaces and drive results through others.
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, or large scale operations preferred.

BELONG TO A BETTER COMPANY

  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability)
  • Competitive salary (DOE) + equity
