Role Description
This role involves leading all marketing efforts focused on acquiring and expanding credit union and bank partnerships while elevating LendKey’s overall brand presence and authority in the financial services ecosystem.
- Drive B2B Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Build a Metrics-Driven Marketing Engine
- Own Corporate Brand & Market Positioning
- Lead PR, Thought Leadership & Industry Presence
- Enable Sales & Revenue Teams
- Lead & Develop the Marketing Team
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within financial services or fintech, ideally supporting lending solutions.
- Proven success building demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring marketing performance, and optimizing investment decisions.
- Experience leading brand positioning, PR, and industry visibility initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex financial or technical products into clear, compelling messaging.
- Experience managing and developing marketing teams and working cross-functionally with revenue organizations.
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, and organizational discipline.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing technology partners.

- The base salary range for this role is $150,000–$170,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
- This role is also eligible for participation in LendKey’s annual bonus program, which is tied to company, team, and individual performance.
