Role Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project initiatives by ensuring consistency with the company strategy.
You will be part of the Global Marketing (GM) & Market Access, Health Economics & Policy (MAHEP) leadership teams. Preferred location for this role is onsite in Brea, CA but will consider U.S.A. remote candidates with the right combination of skills.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support various GM and MAHEP activities for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage functions including Accounts Payable, Travel, Legal, and Procurement
- Lead end-to-end internal projects while maintaining reports and KPI metrics
- Oversee multiple internal communication channels across email, video, and audio
- Develop and communicate strategic content in partnership with subject matter experts
Qualifications
- University or college degree, preferably in communications
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office)
- Previous experience coordinating with off-site staff for events/meeting
- Experience with corporate travel and international travel requirements
- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint
