Job Description
• Provide risk management and technical review for construction projects
• Audit existing projects and designs during the preconstruction phase
• Track and create KPIs for 300+ projects
• Lead project teams and manage project scope
• Conduct market positioning and materials development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Finance is highly preferred
- 5+ years in Project Management and Quality Assurance/Auditing
- Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED
