Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Service Desk Specialist to join our specialized IT support team dedicated to the Radiology Department. In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support within Radiology, ensuring the smooth operation of vital systems and equipment. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide essential after-hours support. You will also be responsible for the comprehensive asset management lifecycle within the Radiology Operations Space, from procurement to disposal, and will play a key role in developing and maintaining robust documentation and knowledge articles to empower the Radiology Department with self-service resources.

  • Work with more senior team members, customers, Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers to assist in capturing capability needs and driving quality business solutions.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of deliverables such as business vision, requirements, personalization to different clients, and user interface design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology development projects, contributing to various stages of the technology delivery lifecycle.
  • Support various aspects of requirements testing (e.g. testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production defects are realized.
  • Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain all necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field (preferred).

Pay Range

  • Minimum: $50,200.00
