Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking a high-impact Business Operations and Strategy Manager to help drive CPH’s most critical initiatives. This is a pivotal role for an analytical and execution-oriented operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and systems design.
You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. These may span:
- Go-to-market expansion
- Large customer implementations
- Internal AI adoption
- Product launches
- Operational scale-up
- Other emerging strategic priorities
You will operate as a deployable problem-solver, bringing structure to ambiguity, driving alignment, and ensuring execution against the company’s most important goals.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at driving clarity and momentum in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is energized by tackling new, complex problems across domains.
As a Business Operations and Strategy Manager, you will:
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives: Own and program-manage high-leverage projects across CPH.
- Serve as a deployable strategic operator: Step into ambiguous or high-stakes situations, diagnose root causes, and design clear execution plans.
- Architect scalable systems: Build and refine the operational infrastructure to enable sustainable growth.
- Drive analytical rigor: Collect and analyze business data, generate insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Build executional rigor: Translate high-level goals into clear plans with workstreams, owners, deliverables, and timelines.
- Align stakeholders across functions: Coordinate across teams to deliver outcomes—without relying on formal authority.
- Translate ambiguity into action: Build playbooks, force rank priorities, and rebuild systems when coordination breaks down.
- Be a thought partner to leadership: Proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities.
Success in this role looks like:
- First 90 days: Develop a deep understanding of CPH’s strategy, product, and operating model.
- First 6 months: Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across multiple domains.
- First year: Meaningfully reduce organizational friction and improve execution velocity across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience at a consulting firm, in BizOps at a tech company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role.
- Understanding of value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer/provider dynamics.
- Structured logic, precision in writing, and ability to distill complex problems into actionable plans.
- Experience in driving complex, multi-org initiatives to completion.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build processes from the ground up.
- Able to pivot quickly based on business needs.
- Ability to earn trust and create alignment through clarity, quality, and velocity.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary and equity opportunities.
- Performance-based bonus program and 401k matching.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- No-Meeting Fridays and monthly company holidays.
- Access to mental health resources and a generous flexible time-off policy.
- Remote-first culture that supports collaboration and flexibility.
- Learning programs, mentorship, and professional development funding.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities.
- Reimbursement for office setup expenses.
- Monthly cell phone & internet stipend.
- Paid parental leave for all new parents.
- And much more!
