Role Description

The ideal candidate for this sales position at Alma Lasers will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in their assigned territory, as well as experience mentoring and coaching sales representatives to achieve record sales years. The candidate should have a talent for generating leads through cold calling and possess the ability to move customers through the sales cycle, creating and closing emotional sales opportunities. Additionally, the candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment, possess a resilient and determined attitude, and be able to handle customer objections and convert them into sales. The candidate will be responsible for performing product demos, cross-selling products, and utilizing all available resources to achieve short-term and long-term sales objectives. The candidate will be required to build and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers and represent Alma Lasers at industry events. This position has a seven-figure quota and provides ongoing mentorship and support for Territory Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers.

Qualifications

  • High School, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years sales experience preferably in Medical or Capital Sales Experience
  • Medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales experience a plus.

Requirements

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas in assigned territory.
  • Mentor and coach local sales representatives as well as across North America to achieve record sales years.
  • Consistently recruit top talent in assigned territory and for Alma Lasers as a whole.
  • Generate leads through effective cold calling and provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about features, pricing, and additional services.
  • Represent Alma Lasers at industry conventions and events.
  • Successfully move customers through the sales cycle and create and close emotional sales opportunities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple time-sensitive processes simultaneously.
  • Possess a resilient and determined attitude to overcome rejection and secure sales.
  • Effectively handle customer objections and convert them into sales.
  • Perform product demos to showcase Alma Lasers' products and services.
  • Utilize all available resources, including reference sites, clinical specialists, and partner personnel to achieve short-term and long-term sales objectives.
  • Cross-sell products and collaborate with sales representatives in and out of assigned territory to share best practices and achieve individual and group sales quotas.
  • Ensure customer care and financial requirements are satisfied in accordance with Alma Lasers' standards.
  • Provide timely reports on lead status and sales opportunities in the pipeline through the CRM database (Salesforce) to the Regional Sales Director on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, and private practice physicians, including those affiliated with professional associations such as ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic and AACS cosmetic surgeons.
  • Assist Territory Sales Managers in closing deals and provide ongoing mentorship and support.
  • Achieve a seven-figure quota through effective sales strategies and closing deals.

Work Environment

This job operates in a remote capacity. You will utilize standard office equipment such as tables, computers, and cell phones. You will also be in Dr’s offices and Spas.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

Travel

This position requires 60% travel as needed.

Work Authorization
