Role Description
As a Lead Software Engineer within the Growth Office – Modernization & AI Acceleration, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying a scalable, cloud-based platform that accelerates modernization and AI adoption across the organization.
- Design, develop, and deploy a cloud-based platform with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and security
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
- Contribute to architecture and technical design, including technology selection, infrastructure decisions, and integration patterns
- Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor engineers on modern engineering practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and UI/UX designers
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced AI platforms
- Translate business needs into scalable AI applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Monitor and optimize platform performance and resource utilization
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable deployment and operations
- Stay current with advancements in cloud technologies, AI/ML frameworks, and Generative AI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or technical developer delivering cloud-based solutions
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- 5+ years of programming experience in Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java
- 1+ years of experience with security and compliance in cloud environments
- Experience building distributed systems and cloud-native applications
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring tools
- Demonstrated passion for continuous learning in cloud and AI technologies
