• Primary point of contact (POC) and subject matter experts (SME) for medium and/or low voltage power distribution products. • Focus on testing and qualifying new products and processes, supporting the transition of those products and processes into manufacturing. • Assist in the coordination and management of new product introduction schedules and activities, and cross-product issues throughout the product life cycle. • Develop, maintain, and finalize engineering documentation for production and commercial use. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering) to align product engineering activities with business objectives. • Work with suppliers for product maintenance activities including product obsolescence and redesign. Coordinate action plans with internal teams to support product maintenance needs. • Provide engineering leadership and technical support across the entire product lifecycle, including continuous improvement initiatives. • Develop training materials for internal teams and customers on product features and applications.
