Job Description

• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quota and growth targets. • Engage with Chiefs of Anesthesia, CRNAs, OR Directors, and C-level Biomed/IT stakeholders. • Drive competitive conversions and expand GEHC footprint across assigned accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams including Patient Monitoring PSS, Clinical Applications, Strategic Director, Enterprise Account Managers, and Service/Project Managers. • Build and manage a robust pipeline, leveraging clinical wins and strategic selling. • Navigate complex buying processes and align solutions to customer priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience and/or experience in the perioperative space
  • Familiarity with anesthesia workflows, patient monitoring, and perioperative environments
  • Ability to engage confidently with clinical and technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strategic selling capabilities, collaboration, and communication skills
