Job Description
• Provide engineering support to the United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center
• Design, develop, and evaluate operation of marine vessels and related equipment
• Support the US Coast Guard reviewing design modifications of electrical systems
• Conduct electrical engineering analysis as related to vessels
• Prepare technical reports and communicate technical information to relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Secret Security clearance
- At least 10 years of experience in marine fields: electric propulsion systems; machinery control systems; power generation and distribution systems; or interior communications systems
- Ability to travel up to 20%
