Job Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in RPO or corporate recruiting highly preferred.
- Strong ability to source, assess, and engage talent across multiple positions
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting updates to stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently.
- Manufacturing industry recruiting experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is nice to have
