• Support the mapping and documentation of the therapist marketing journey from acquisition through long-term engagement • Leverage AI tools to support campaign ideation, content optimization, journey analysis, and workflow efficiency • Help analyze campaign performance and therapist engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement • Conduct research to better understand therapist needs, behaviors, and friction points across the journey • Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve messaging and timing across lifecycle stages • Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and performance reporting • Help maintain campaign calendars and lifecycle documentation
