Role Description
Develop, maintain and execute Sourcing & Procurement strategies and objectives across multiple regions of significant complexity related to Service Levels, Inventory, Cost of Goods Sold and Cost Savings.
- Support decision-making and alignment on sourcing issues and ERP system changes, presenting options, risk scenarios and recommendations to the team; resolve complex discrepancies including invoice issues, as well as demand forecasting issues.
- Oversee the tracking and analyzing of daily Material Requirement Planning (MRP) reports, ABC spend for appropriate ordering of economic order quantities for all DCs, placement of purchase orders and expedite when necessary.
- Monitor supplier scorecard by measuring key performance indicators and resolving issues to get supplier back on track.
- Process, track and ensure completion of sourcing activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure timely update of database regarding completed and expiring contractual agreements.
- Adhere to supplier expectations, such as order minimum, freight thresholds and any other vendor requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other functional areas to follow best practices for identifying misses for sourcing KPIs and data discrepancies.
- Administer cross-training procedures across the Sourcing function.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect CPSG’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience; prior experience managing purchasing spend
- Enterprise Resource Planning

- The pay range for this position is $78,187.00 - $128,885.50; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
- In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
- This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
