Job Description

• Driving Medicare vision product strategy, development, and delivery, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs • Help manage product portfolios, defining roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to bring high-quality products to market • Conduct market research to inform product decision-making • Assess market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and drive development of innovative and competitive products • Work with vision vendor to develop and track recruitment strategies and performance on SLAs • Collaborate on marketing materials • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal departments on vision product • Handle escalated issues by collaborating with other areas such as HRP configuration, Stars and member experience teams, claims processing, and customer service

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in product, project coordination, vendor management, or a related function
  • Health insurance and/or benefits administration
  • Analytics and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve escalated issues, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of independently navigating complex operational challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing slide presentations and clearly documenting issue resolution
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
