Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product, project coordination, vendor management, or a related function
- Health insurance and/or benefits administration
- Analytics and reporting skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve escalated issues, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of independently navigating complex operational challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing slide presentations and clearly documenting issue resolution
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
