Job Description

• Play a key role in growing our customer base • Work directly with produce businesses, wholesalers, distributors, and shippers to understand their challenges • Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders across fast moving as well as complex sales cycles • Track all opportunity and customer details in Salesforce CRM • Participate in internal strategic meetings, research, and product development • Travel within your territory and surrounding cities as needed (1 week per month in assigned territory)

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology sales experience (FinTech, SaaS, payments, etc.)
  • 2 years produce or agricultural experience required
  • Consistent track record of success & quota attainment
  • Superior verbal, written, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Team player with proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Proactive and able to command respect through integrity, intelligence, and hard work
  • Proficient using modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, Zoominfo, etc.)
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
