Role Description
The oneRTX Process & Systems Transformation (PST) program is a multi-year, enterprise-wide initiative to implement a standardized ERP platform across Corporate, Enterprise Services, and all three Business Units. This transformation will establish a unified system that integrates core business processes, delivers real-time financial visibility, and enables advanced analytics to support faster, more informed decision-making.
This is a high-visibility role within the Record to Report (R2R) Value Stream, specifically in the Costing Tower, focused on Cost Allocations.
- Modernize and harmonize how we allocate costs across the enterprise.
- Work across businesses to build consensus, ensure design integrity, and guide configuration decisions.
- Drive alignment across a highly matrixed global organization.

- Help drive one of RTX’s most significant, multi-year transformation initiatives—modernizing finance for speed, transparency, and scale.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate and implement the global design for cost allocations across multiple business units, ensuring alignment and consistency.
- Support development of a global cost allocation template, including labor distribution, rate application, and overhead allocations.
- Partner with our digital & system integration team to support configuration, build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to harmonize future-state business processes.
- Influence key system configuration decisions impacting allocations and broader financial integration.
- Drive alignment across Business Units, Enterprise Services, and Corporate Functions.
- Support change management efforts aligned with the oneRTX vision.
- Travel up to ~25% as needed.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience with self-directed leadership and ability to drive outcomes in matrixed environments, with strong communication and influence skills without formal authority.
- Extensive experience in aerospace & defense finance, particularly within R2R functions, including cost accounting, labor accounting, rates, and allocations.
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-visibility programs.
- Effective collaborator across functions, businesses, and leadership levels, with a track record of leading change in large-scale transformation environments.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Familiarity with FAR and Government Accounting.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally with SAP.
