Job Description
• Solve complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources
• Provide insight to decision-makers
• Describe the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data
• Create insightful and actionable business information
• Support Enrollment Analyst team, Mass Move process, and the Aspire tool
• Perform tasks critical to the organization and influence department's strategy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of technical experience in data analysis
- Advanced in SQL, and other data systems
- Advanced in VBA, with a strong focus on Microsoft Access
- Experience with Power BI
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
- Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
- Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills within a professional business environment
- Must be able to work EST/CST Hours.
