Job Description
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to define business requirements and design strategic solutions for Finance & Accounting applications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and vendors, guiding business requirements and solution development.
• Analyze business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and developing solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide coaching and mentoring while promoting business analysis best practices and standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior Business Analyst role or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft Finance and Campus Solutions; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a techno-functional lead on complex transformation initiatives with end-to-end solution design and delivery.
- Background in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and integrating enterprise applications and systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective, innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred, or commensurate work experience.
