Role Description

This position is short term, approximately 6 months, to provide expert witness record review and testimony and can be done remotely.

• Provide medical review, analysis, and possible expert testimony concerning an application for the payment of line of duty death benefits under 53 P.S. § 891 (the “Emergency and Law Enforcement Personnel Death Benefits Act.”)
• Estimated services required between March and September 2026.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
• Active, unrestricted MD/DO Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration with prescriptive authority
• Ability to pass credentialing and background check
