- Design and adapt layouts, templates, and visual branding across digital and print channels to support products, services, and business objectives.
- Create assets for multiple platforms, including web, email, social media, digital display, mobile, digital signage, print, and presentations.
- Support light motion graphics and video editing, including simple animations, transitions, titles, and basic video enhancements for social, digital, and internal marketing needs.
- Edit and adapt existing video or motion assets as needed, following established brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Collaborate with strategists, project managers, scrum masters, designers, and copywriters to understand project scope and objectives.
- Participate in agile planning, ceremonies, and daily standups.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro for basic motion and video editing tasks.
- Solid foundation in typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Working knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first best practices across digital platforms.
- Understanding of UX principles, social media formats, and current digital design trends.
- Experience supporting or adapting motion or video content for campaigns, social media, or digital signage (not required to be motion-focused).
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising best practices with attention to brand consistency and quality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- A well-rounded design portfolio that may include a small selection of motion or video work, in addition to strong static design examples.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Mac OS.
