Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our remote team. The Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery by managing schedules, coordinating field personnel, and serving as the primary communication liaison between clients and internal teams.

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside within the United States and hold valid U.S. work authorization.

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments and field technicians
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate service records in internal systems
  • Communicate updates, delays, and resolutions to customers
  • Collaborate with operations, billing, and technical teams
  • Prepare reports and track service performance metrics
  • Handle escalations professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Must reside in the United States
  • Must have valid U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, or administrative support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace

  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Background in field service, maintenance, logistics, or technical support industries
  • Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Standard business hours aligned with U.S. time zones
  • Occasional overtime may be required
