Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our remote team. The Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery by managing schedules, coordinating field personnel, and serving as the primary communication liaison between clients and internal teams.
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside within the United States and hold valid U.S. work authorization.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments and field technicians
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate service records in internal systems
- Communicate updates, delays, and resolutions to customers
- Collaborate with operations, billing, and technical teams
- Prepare reports and track service performance metrics
- Handle escalations professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
- 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace

- Background in field service, maintenance, logistics, or technical support industries
- Familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Standard business hours aligned with U.S. time zones
- Occasional overtime may be required
