Role Description
This is a hands-on role focused on building and maintaining automation systems inside Go High Level. The specialist will help ensure workflows, sequences, and CRM organization are properly set up and running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working inside CRM platforms, enjoys building workflows, and is detail-oriented when managing automation systems.
- Build and maintain workflows inside Go High Level
- Create and manage email and SMS automation sequences
- Set up tagging systems and maintain lead organization
- Ensure CRM hygiene and database accuracy
- Edit funnels and landing pages when needed
- Set up integrations such as Zapier and Mindbody connections
- Perform basic website updates as required
- Test automations and ensure workflows run correctly
- Provide updates on completed tasks and system changes
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using Go High Level (GHL)
- Experience setting up workflows, tagging systems, and automations
- Experience building email and SMS sequences
- Familiarity with Zapier integrations and CRM connections
- Ability to edit funnels and landing pages inside GHL
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- English level B2 or higher (written and verbal)
- Availability to work PST hours
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to improve efficiency and support task execution
