Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is obsessed with Simplicity. Your job is not to build dashboards with 50 widgets. Your job is to build a "Command Center" that tells the user exactly one thing: "Are you safe, or is something broken?" You will design the interface that allows a single human to manage thousands of digital properties without drowning in data.

You will tackle one of the most persistent bottlenecks in the enterprise software space: the "Service-to-Value Gap." Your challenge is to design a federated product suite that transforms high-friction, manual workflows into a frictionless, automated experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Design a unified "Single Pane of Glass" that orchestrates multiple sub-applications.
• Collaborate directly with Subject Matter Experts to extract "manual service logic" and synthesize it into elegant, automated product flows.
• Design "Safe-to-Fail" environments, bulk-action frameworks, and intelligent defaults for non-technical users.
• Define how users interact with an autonomous "Agentic Layer."
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports rapid development across multiple technical domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, specifically for B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Complex Data Applications.
• A portfolio is mandatory, showcasing case studies that demonstrate simplification.
• Proficiency in Figma (Components, Variables, Auto-Layout).
• Experience with Logic & State Mapping Tools (such as Miro).
• Comfortable with Node-Based UI Design, Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Ability to understand technical constraints and design around them.
• Ability to defend design decisions using logic rather than feeling.

Requirements

• Experience designing for Data Governance, Analytics, or DevOps tools is a bonus.
