Role Description

- Expert in account domain / 360 view of account
- Technology focused
- Provides recommendations on potential threats/risks
- Implements technical processes to roll out solutions and DevOps pipelines
- Delivers Projects
- Member of change advisory board and architecture review board
- Consulted on non-routine problems, Level 4 supports
- Participates in escalation calls
- Can be client facing
- Conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of moderately complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies
- Conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of routine hosting/configuration tools and methodologies
- Coordinates with application developers, managers and customer application experts to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriate releases
- Provides high-level analysis and design reviews to other department members to avoid duplication of effort in solving the same application problems with different products
- Works with third party vendors to develop and/or integrate their applications into company products; ensures that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelines
- Works with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Eight or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience

Experience working with:
- Architecture framework methodologies such as TOGAF
- Software systems, applications and network markets
- Technical products, vendors, and families of technologies and company hardware and software products
- Broad business area and knowledge of competitor products and services
- Application design principles and product configurations
- Appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software to understand product line software and hardware
- Mainframes, scheduling software, and other related technologies
- Software development life cycle and client requirements
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and management
