Role Description

This role involves maintaining and optimizing a mission-critical healthcare claims repricing platform built primarily in SQL Server stored procedures.

• Maintain and enhance a large SQL Server stored-procedure codebase
• Optimize performance across high-volume workloads and multi-terabyte databases
• Tune queries, indexing strategies, and execution plans
• Support production deployments and environment management
• Troubleshoot performance and data issues affecting repricing workflows
• Ensure stability, scalability, and maintainability of SQL platform

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with all aspects of SQL Server in production environments
• Advanced T-SQL and stored procedure development
• Thorough understanding of all aspects of SQL Server and SQL Agent Jobs
• Proven performance tuning experience at scale
• Experience supporting large database environments and operational systems
• Hands-on experience managing deployments and production support

Requirements

• Experience working with healthcare data, claims systems, or payment integrity platforms
• Experience supporting legacy SQL-centric application environments
• Familiarity with large batch processing and transactional data workloads
