- Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring strict adherence to milestones and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks proactively, and resolve delays to maintain schedule integrity
- Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous company quality standards and requirements
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Technical Writers, Controls Specialists, and Commissioning Specialists
- Serve as primary stakeholder contact for project communications and updates
- Optimize processes and implement performance management best practices
- Conduct advanced data analysis and reporting on project metrics and outcomes
- Lead learning and development initiatives integrated into onboarding programs
- Drive continuous improvement and organizational goal alignment
Qualifications
- 15+ years of project management experience in complex environments
- 3+ years of dedicated project management with proven track record
- Advanced proficiency in process optimization and performance management
- Expert-level data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Demonstrated experience managing learning and development projects
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management
