Role Description

We are looking for seasoned Commercial P&C Producers with a "Hunter" mentality to join our national team. This role is designed for the professional who is tired of private equity pressure, arbitrary sales quotas, and restrictive non-compete agreements.

• Actively identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts on a national scale.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Senior Living/LTC market or your specific portable niche.
• Utilize proven alternative risk financing and captive insurance models to reduce client spend and improve risk profiles.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, leveraging our in-house Virtual Assistant and Commercial Client Manager to handle administrative workflows.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• 8–20 years as a Commercial P&C Producer.
• Ideally possesses experience in Senior Living/LTC or another defined, portable niche.
