This role involves supporting clients by overseeing bookings, managing schedules, and ensuring every reservation is accurate from initial request to final confirmation.
This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, communicates confidently, and takes ownership of delivering a seamless booking experience.
- Coordinate and process reservations, confirmations, and schedule updates
- Communicate clearly with clients to gather required information and provide timely updates
- Review booking details thoroughly to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor reservation timelines, manage changes, and proactively follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain organized records within internal systems and workflows
- Provide professional, dependable support throughout the booking lifecycle
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer service, reservations, administrative, or scheduling experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently while following established systems and procedures
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable using technology
