Role Description

This role involves overseeing booking coordination, scheduling management, and reservation accuracy for our clients. It plays a key part in ensuring every detail is confirmed, documented, and executed smoothly from inquiry to final confirmation.

  • Coordinate reservations, booking timelines, and scheduling logistics
  • Review confirmations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with clients to gather required information and provide updates
  • Track pending items and proactively follow up on outstanding details
  • Maintain organized digital records within established systems
  • Ensure a seamless handoff between inquiry, booking, and confirmation stages

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Tech-comfortable and confident navigating online booking platforms
  • Customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience (preferred, not required)
