Role Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic partner & advisor to hiring leaders, engaging top talent to Camunda and owning the full cycle recruitment process. They will be responsible for driving new processes across TA, collaborating with other team members on initiatives and spearheading the implementation of enhancements to how we operate as a full service TA model. This role will directly impact our engineering and product hiring, ensuring we meet our business objectives for these departments in alignment with our headcount plan.

  • Produce results in alignment with Camunda’s headcount plan and business objectives in terms of company growth and scaling our teams globally
  • Strategic partner that is directly responsible for Corporate, GTM and G&A department hiring needs
  • Create an inclusive and accessible world-class hiring and candidate experience
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  • Continuously and proactively improve and initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing talent acquisition strategy
  • Source and identify untapped talent markets and expertise for Camunda
  • Working closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team on strategic projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment at a high scaling start-up working on global hiring
  • Extensive experience in sourcing, attracting and selecting talent of all levels for Corporate, GTM and G&A teams
  • Exceptional track record of results and moving at a pace to meet the company scaling needs
  • Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality in alignment to the role and a diverse hiring pipeline
  • Clear understanding of a world class candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices

Requirements

  • Experience in working and optimising recruiting systems, as well as adopting new tools / technologies
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment
