Role Description
This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a core marketing technology ecosystem. You will oversee the integration and optimization of key MarTech platforms that power customer data, personalization, content management, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Data, and external partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-ready platforms.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core MarTech platforms, including CDPs, marketing automation/orchestration, CMS, PIM, DAM, and LSP integrations
- Serve as product owner for third-party platforms, driving roadmap alignment, feature adoption, and operational excellence
- Partner with Engineering to design scalable, reliable platform integrations and ensure technical health of systems
- Translate marketing and business needs into clear technical requirements, data flows, and platform capabilities
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure platform adoption, performance, and business impact
- Align cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Data, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Balance near-term marketing priorities with long-term platform scalability and maintainability
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience, preferably in consumer software, e-commerce, or platform-focused environments
- Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, including CDPs, marketing automation/orchestration tools, CMS, PIM, DAM, or related systems
- Proven ability to make build vs. buy decisions and evaluate third-party technologies
- Strong understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, and system integrations
- Experience managing product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
- Agile/Scrum experience and a customer-first, outcomes-driven mindset
- Preferred: experience with Simon AI, Braze, global content workflows, e-commerce, and knowledge of data privacy/compliance considerations
