- 15+ years of experience in designing consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex, multi-step user journeys.
- Expertise in at least two design languages like UX/Product design and content design.

- Experience working with product and business leaders in a collaborative manner.
- Familiarity with design systems and a keen attention to detail.
