Role Description
This role involves delivering high-quality adult primary care via video and asynchronous telemedicine.
- Deliver high-quality adult primary care via video and asynchronous (chat/triage) telemedicine — 36 clinical hours per week.
- Care for a diverse patient population including Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with our subspecialist network across medical and surgical disciplines.
- Leverage AI-enhanced workflows (Nabla scribe AI, automated routing, integrated clinical notes) to maximize clinical decision-making time.
- Help build clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes as an early team member.
Qualifications
- MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- 2+ years of experience in primary care clinics.
- Active, unrestricted US medical license (multi-state preferred; credentialing support provided).
- Significant outpatient primary care experience — seasoned clinicians with depth in ambulatory adult medicine.
- Eligible to see Medicare and Medicaid patients (enrolled or willing to enroll as a participating provider).
- Must reside in the United States and deliver all care from within the US.
- Comfortable with telemedicine platforms and technology-driven workflows. DEA license required for credentialing.
