Role Description
The Executive Assistant and Office Operations Manager provides high-impact executive support to the CEO and C-suite while leading office operations, facilities/vendor management, and corporate travel administration. This role blends strategic administrative partnership with hands-on operational ownership to ensure seamless executive experience and a high-performing, well-run workplace.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior EA, Office Manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience owning office operations/facilities and vendor management in a professional environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, operate with urgency, and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- High discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; strong calendar management skills; comfort with expense/travel tools.
- Experience supporting a CEO and multiple C-suite leaders in a mid-size to large organization.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement workflows, and vendor contracts.
- Familiarity with workplace safety, access control/security vendors, or facilities project coordination.
- Experience working in a fast-growing environment and improving processes at scale.
- Must be a strong communicator, open to feedback, highly organized, consistently anticipating needs of individuals and organization.
- Must be able to work independently and operate in times of little guidance, high confidentiality, ambiguity, and competing or shifting priorities.
- Strong writing skills a plus; strengths in relationship building, collaboration, and inspiring others a plus.
