The specialist will handle inbound calls from members, vendors, and fleets while coordinating service vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Essential duties include delivering extraordinary customer service, ensuring timely service processing, and demonstrating empathy and strong communication skills.

The agent will proactively use sales techniques to offer AAA products and services, generating new sales to prospective and current members. This includes conducting insurance reviews, assessing risk, recommending coverage, and issuing policies while exceeding member expectations.
