This role involves leading prompt and thorough investigations and prosecutions of misconduct complaints against Pennsylvania attorneys, including supervising support staff and making recommendations for discipline or dismissal. The counsel will also represent the Office of Disciplinary Counsel at various hearings and draft necessary legal documents for submission to committees and courts.
