Representatives will assist customers primarily with dog registration inquiries by providing information on policies and requirements, and by evaluating and solving registration problems. They will also process registration items and inform customers about the Company role.

The Legal Analyst/Community Outreach Coordinator monitors and evaluates state and local legislation, providing analysis on its potential impact on the purebred dog community and AKC constituents. This role also involves managing regional outreach efforts, educating volunteers, and serving as a canine policy resource for local stakeholders.
