This role oversees all incoming Medical Necessity Review (MNR) Forms received via fax, mail, or electronically, requiring hourly collection, sorting into seven categories, and timely forwarding of specific forms. The administrator must also count and log fax volumes hourly, make a minimum of 35 calls daily regarding transmittal issues, and assist with state-required adverse determination calling.

The primary responsibility involves making outbound calls to contracted practitioners to validate directory information, conduct secret shopper surveys, and educate them on contractual obligations to ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company requirements. This role also supports and maintains service relationships with new and existing practitioners to maintain high satisfaction levels.
