The Associate Implementations Manager assists Implementation Managers in launching new clients and updating existing client programs through repetitive tasks like data entry, configuration, and report analysis. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing task plans, and providing high levels of internal and external customer service.

The Implementations Manager is responsible for converting and implementing new clients onto the loyalty platform, managing implementation projects for existing clients, and leading configuration and launch tasks. This individual acts as a Client Delivery project manager, escalation point, and technical collaborator to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
