The manager will be responsible for identifying and securing funding through comprehensive grant management, including proposal writing, reporting, and compliance tracking. Additionally, this role involves cultivating strategic partnerships with various external entities to advance the organization's mission and supporting individual giving efforts.

The Fellow will strengthen frontline communities' policy power by analyzing advocacy campaigns, developing practical toolkits like model ordinances, and coordinating cross-jurisdictional advocacy efforts. Responsibilities also include leading trainings and providing coaching to members on engaging effectively in state and local policy processes.

The intern will assist in planning, writing, and managing various outreach materials like e-blasts, newsletters, social media posts, and press releases. Responsibilities also include maintaining the organization's social media presence, monitoring media coverage, and conducting research on environmental justice narratives and messaging strategies.
