Inside Sales Representatives are the primary sales force responsible for generating sales within the established service area by prospecting, qualifying leads, and responding to customer requests via phone and email. They must complete sales quotas for recurring services, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
